Luke founded Verified Capital and leads its lending, credit and capital strategy. He brings more than a decade of experience in non-bank property finance, spanning structured lending, funds management and capital raising.

Across his career he has originated, structured and managed the full range of property-backed credit, from first and second mortgages to bridging facilities and land holdings. He has guided Verified Capital through more than $600 million in capital deployed, bringing a deep understanding of how to price risk, protect capital and deliver for borrowers and investors alike.
