Accountant working through an ATO tax debt with a calculator
ATO & tax debt finance

ATO and tax debt finance. Clear the ATO, keep the business.

Pay out your ATO debt with a loan secured against your property, before the deadline and without waiting on the bank.

Lending solutions

What a tax debt loan is

Banks rarely lend to pay out the ATO, and a tax debt on your record can stop them lending to you at all. We do, because the only questions we ask are whether your property supports the loan and how you will repay it.

We fund ATO payouts, payment plan shortfalls, garnishee and director penalty notice deadlines. Interest is usually added to the loan so you are not carrying an extra repayment while the business recovers, and you repay from a bank refinance or a sale once the tax position is clean.

We lend Australia-wide, with most of our loans secured in metropolitan New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.

Who it suits

When a tax debt loan fits

An ATO deadline or DPN

A payment date that cannot move, with personal liability for directors if it is missed.

A payment plan that has fallen over

The ATO has withdrawn a plan or wants the balance now, and the business cannot fund it from cash flow.

The bank will not refinance until the ATO is clear

Pay the debt now, clean up the file, and refinance to the bank afterwards.

How We Compare To The Bank

We are not a replacement for your bank. We are the lender you use when the bank’s timeframe or template does not fit the situation, and the loan is written to hand you back to the bank when it does. Rates are indicative and subject to valuation, due diligence and formal approval.
