Business owner planning a turnaround in a Sydney harbourside office
Turnaround business finance

Turnaround business finance when the bank has stepped back.

Funding to stabilise and turn a business around, secured against property and structured around the recovery rather than last year’s numbers.

What turnaround finance is

A business in trouble is rarely a bad business. A lost contract, a bad debt, a slow season or a dispute can put the accounts underwater long enough for the bank to withdraw, and once it has, the recovery stalls for want of capital.

Turnaround finance is a property-secured loan sized to what the recovery needs: paying out pressing creditors, funding a restructure, covering a cash gap while new work comes on, or replacing a facility the bank has called. Interest is added to the loan so the business is not servicing debt while it rebuilds, and the exit is a refinance back to the bank or a sale once the business is stable.

We lend Australia-wide, with most of our loans secured in metropolitan New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.
