What an urgent settlement loan is

An urgent settlement loan lets you complete your purchase on the contract date when the finance you were counting on is not ready. Maybe the bank approval stalled or was withdrawn, the valuation came in short, a notice to complete has been served, or the sale of your other property has not settled in time.

We give you indicative terms within 24 hours and work with your solicitor to settle, often within a week. The loan runs until your bank finance or sale comes through, then you repay it.

We lend Australia-wide, with most of our loans secured in metropolitan New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.

How We Compare To The Bank

We are not a replacement for your bank. We are the lender you use when the bank’s timeframe or template does not fit the situation, and the loan is written to hand you back to the bank when it does. Rates are indicative and subject to valuation, due diligence and formal approval.
